Statement Centre

You can select your preference to receive either paper statements by mail or eStatements through online or mobile banking.

eStatements can be set up in branch, through online banking, in the app, or by contacting the Business Contact Centre at 1-877-552 5522.

Online:
To view an image of a cheque you’ve issued within the last 90 days:

1. From your Accounts page, select the account from which the cheque was withdrawn
2. Find the cheque transaction and select the Cheque #

To view an image of a cheque you’ve issued over 90 days ago, please call us at 1-800-472-6842 or visit a branch.

Mobile App:
To view an image of a cheque you’ve issued within the last 90 days:

1. From the app's Home screen, select the account from which the cheque was withdrawn
2. Find the cheque transaction and select the Cheque #

To view an image of a cheque you’ve issued over 90 days ago, please call us at 1-800-472-6842 or visit a branch.

You can access up to 7 years of business account statements. Our View your accounts page can help guide you through the process of finding your statements, or you can call 1-877-552-5522 or visit your closest branch.

For ScotiaConnect customers, statements can be found online for up to 2 years. For statements that are more than 2 years old, please visit a branch.

If you were charged for merchandise you didn’t receive or for services not received on or after the service date, it’s a good idea to contact the merchant directly to try and resolve the issue before initiating a dispute.

If you can't reach a resolution with the merchant, please have the following information ready when you call us:

• expected date of service
• the date of last merchant contact
• contact method and merchant response
• details of the charge from the invoice or airline itinerary

For day-to-day bank account transactions or charges, call 1-800-472-6842.

For credit card transactions or charges, call 1-800-504-0716 (Monday-Friday from 8 am - 8 pm EST).

You can check your balance logging into your online banking,  mobile app or you can consult your statement to view fees and charges.
